This is a map that I put together of the Geology field trip that I took to the Southwest in May of 2013. we traveled around the Colorado Plateau. The trip took place May 21, 2013 until June 04, 2013.

Digitizing and adding points to Otis Reservoir

I created this map using ArcMap 10.1, and I published it using ArcGIS online. This map shows Otis Reservoir, in which I digitized, as well as a few points around the lake that I find important to note.

Using XY Coordinates to display Vegetation . . .

Here is a map that I collected coordinates for, and displayed them in a map I created in AcrMap 10.1, then uploaded to AcrGIS Online. I also took my own photos, which display a few different species of trees, and two different types of ground cover.

Using Geocoding to display Home Depot Stores . . .

This is a map that I created using ArcMap 10.1 and ArcGIS Online; displaying five Home Depot locations. I used geocoding to display the point of each Home Depot Store on my map.

Visually Displaying XY Coordinates . . .

This is a map that I created  to display what Angelina Jolie's arm tattoo represents. Her tattoo is each coordinate where she has adopted a child from. The five countries where she has adopted a child from are; France, where has adopted two children, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Vietnam, and Niger.

Digitizing Three Halls at Westfield State University . . .

Here's a map I created on ArcGIS online. This map displays three halls on the Westfield State University Campus; Wilson Hall, New Hall, and Mod Hall. when clicking on each of the buildings, the name, as well as the year that it was built are displayed; along with a picture of each.
